Privacy Policy

Syncply ("we", "our", or "us") provides inventory synchronization between Shopify stores and connected marketplaces that are live today — Noon and eBay. This policy explains what information we process when you use Syncply, including when you connect those third-party accounts. Additional channels may appear as Coming soon until they are ready to sync.

Information we process

Shopify shop domain and session data needed to run the app
Marketplace credentials and account identifiers you authorize (today: Noon and eBay)
Product SKUs, inventory quantities, and sync logs
Billing and plan information through Shopify Billing
Contact details you provide for support

Syncply does not store shopper/customer personal data (names, emails, addresses, payment details) from orders. Our data model is product, SKU, inventory, and connection credentials.

Sharing

We share data only with the platforms you connect (Shopify, Noon, and eBay today) as needed to provide the service, and with infrastructure providers that host Syncply. We do not sell personal information.

GDPR / privacy rights (Shopify merchants)

We implement Shopify's mandatory privacy webhooks: customers/data_request, customers/redact, and shop/redact. Because we do not store customer PII, data_request and customers/redact typically have nothing to export or erase beyond confirming that fact. When Shopify sends shop/redact after uninstall, we delete the shop record and related connections, mappings, and sync history within the required window.

Retention

We retain connection and sync data while your shop uses Syncply, and delete or disconnect marketplace credentials when you disconnect a channel or uninstall the app, subject to backup and legal retention needs. Marketplace account-deletion notices are honored according to each platform's requirements.

Security

Credentials are encrypted at rest. Traffic uses TLS. Access to merchant data is scoped to the authenticated shop session.
