Quick setup
- Install Syncply on your Shopify store
- Open Connections and connect Noon and/or eBay
- Open Locations — set primary Shopify warehouse; map Noon warehouse code if needed
- Open Mappings — set Noon partner SKU (PSKU) and eBay inventory SKU separately (or CSV import)
- Press Sync now, then check Sync log
- Optional: Alerts reorder point, Bundles (Starter+), Team (Pro+)
Common issues
- Noon push failed: confirm the partner SKU (PSKU) in Noon Partner Portal matches the mapping exactly, and set the Noon warehouse code under Locations or Settings.
- eBay skipped / not found: Syncply updates quantity on inventory items that already exist in eBay Seller Hub. Create the SKU there first, then map it.
- Partial sync: open Sync log — each channel is logged separately so one failure does not hide a successful Noon push.
- No alert email: in-app alerts always work. Email needs a configured Resend key on our side; Slack webhook is optional in Settings.
What is live today
Live inventory sync: Shopify (hub) + Noon + eBay. Amazon (US / UK / EU), TikTok, Walmart, and others are Coming soon — we do not claim them as live until they sync for real merchants.
Amazon (roadmap)
When Amazon goes live: sync FBM inventory by Seller SKU; optional FBA read-only visibility. Separate connections for US vs UK/EU. No price sync, no listing creation.
