Terms of Service
By installing or using Syncply you agree to these terms. Syncply is an inventory synchronization service that connects your Shopify store to marketplaces you authorize.
The service
Syncply syncs inventory quantities between Shopify (the hub) and live sales channels. Live channels today are Noon and eBay only. Additional channels may appear on the product as Coming soon and are not sold as live until they sync for real.
Your responsibilities
- Provide accurate SKU mappings between Shopify and each channel
- Keep marketplace seller accounts in good standing
- Review Sync log after connecting new SKUs or channels
- Configure a safety buffer appropriate for your fulfillment speed
Limitations
Marketplace APIs can be delayed, rate-limited, or unavailable. Syncply uses webhooks, polling, and reconciliation to reduce drift, but cannot guarantee instantaneous updates on every channel. You remain responsible for listings, pricing, and compliance on each marketplace.
Billing
Paid plans are billed through Shopify Billing and appear on your Shopify invoice. Free plan limits apply until you upgrade.
Termination
You may uninstall Syncply at any time. Upon uninstall and Shopify's shop/redact request, we delete shop data as described in our Privacy Policy.
